My body is hot and I have a fever after exercise. Whats wrong with me.?

Ive been going to the gym for years. I recently went to the gym and burned a total of 2000 calories, something I've done before. After my first 1,000 calories had a juice after 2000 had a milkshake calories protein followed by a chicken salad. After I got home I was super hot to climb stairs. So I started drinking another 2L. My body still has finally cool to 330am. That was yesterday. Today I feel feverish, so I took a large amount of water some vitamin C and fever reducer pill. Now I am writing this message I am getting rashes on my body, WTF is going on with me! I'm not so addressed to the gym today.!

A rash is usually indicative of an allergic reaction. It could be something else. This needs to be checked. The gym might have changed detergent or any of a number of things. Good luck and let us know
