When you exercise you have to sweat to lose weight / gain muscle?

Hello everyone. I have 14 years of age (about to be 15) and weighs 200 pounds. I've been working out pretty hard in the gym total 1500 and have not broken a sweat yet this week. I can feel it in my arms but it is working. My question is when you exercise you have to break a sweat to lose weight / gain muscle? Thank you very much for responding.
