Weider Home Gym 8530
I just got a home gym. Help?
Hello, I have a home gym is the Weider 8530. You can see in this picture http://www.sindico.com.br/hotsite/keepfit/imagens/weider_pro8530.jpg Im wondering if I shoot all my training there? For example, I always did abs and lift your leg. But now that I have this, I keep up? or just do everything here?
Congratulations to obtain a nice home gym. The key to developing muscle is continuously discharge and to maintain the most diverse in their training. I'm sure you want to go into fitness and train not only to lift more than a specific exercise. So with that I would try to take advantage of what your new machine can do for a while. (Roman chair can kick your but with AB and the basic work), Be sure to circle but after a couple of weeks and not the abdominals. You can get fit without the computer doing work plyometric (body weight exercises explosives) or with machines. It all depends on what keeps you inspired and work regularly. This machine is a great tool, but does not feel that is bound to it. Running, jumping squats, lunges, medicine ball close are all great exercises that can enhance and maintain interesting exercise machine. Good luck after fitness dreams!
